Red Berries

This photo was taken with the kit zoom lens (SEL55210) and my Sony a6000. I love photos that are taken with a narrow depth of field, so that main subject pops out from the background. It was taken at Hughenden Manor near High Wycombe. Hughenden manor was the home of Benjamin Disraeli - the only British Prime Minister of Jewish birth.

Photo Post Test

Sony α6000

This is a simple blog post test, to see what it looks like when I upload and add a photo to a post. It's nice that the blogger editor gives me a choice of sizes and positioning options. This photo was taken with a Sony a6000, using the black & white high contrast setting.

The Web Font Combinator

The Web Font Combinator is an excellent tool for experimenting with Google's web fonts. I used is to create a style for this blog. You can even create a link to share your choice of styles and fonts. The font menu also displays what the font looks like, which is really helpful for picking you favourite fonts.

I am a web developer at www.i-shot-it.com. One day I would like to write regular articles to this blog. I enjoy writing, and putting my thoughts down in writing - even if no one reads what I write. I spend a lot of time staring at a computer screen. Too much time! I enjoy the work I do at I SHOT IT. Over the years I have become pretty good at churning out PHP, XHTML, CSS, and the odd bit of Javascript. I also respond to emails from people all over the world who need help using the I SHOT IT website. All of this keeps my busy, so I'm not sure if I'll have time to update this blog much. One day perhaps.
